I love a lot of things Tend.ly, but one of the things I love the most is the fact that I have been able to build remarkably strong relationships with our customers. When a new need arises, they call me and we work together, as partners, to figure out how to make it happen. I’ve found that consistently creating exceptional value for our customers happens in two ways: Innovating – Anticipating problems and opportunities that don’t yet exist and creating elegant solutions for solving and seizing them, and Listening – Building strong relationships with our customers so we can solve the problems that plague them on a daily basis.
As you’re well aware, the Tend.ly team is preparing to roll out a host of new features born out of the conversations I’ve had with our customers. In my last note, I walked through the specific updates to the Administrator Dashboard. This time, I’d like to highlight the updates our team is making to Users:
- To better accommodate the many different ways to use Tend.ly, we have created four roles which you will select when you add a new user. Now, you can create Administrator, Staff, Family, and Person users, which can all be efficiently managed in one place.
- We’ve made it easier to see who is checked in across your entire center.
- Because not every group of users is in a room, Rooms have been renamed to Groups. You can now move users between Groups with ease. These moves will show up on the user’s timeline and be reflected in the capacity of both the group moved to and from.
