As I mentioned in my last blog, the team is feverishly preparing to launch a series of significant updates in an effort to continue bringing exceptional value to our customers. The strong relationships we’ve built with you provide incredibly valuable insight into both your specific needs and the needs of the broader market. In turn, these conversations allow us to respond rapidly to those incessantly changing needs in innovative ways.

Many of the conversations we had with our customers focused around the way Administrators use and, as a result, we have made several much needed and consistently requested updates:

  • One application. One Interface. Any Device. You can now manage your entire organization from one place, using your phone, tablet or desktop. If there is a web browser, you can access and your experience will be the same. That’s right, you can now access all features in from a desktop computer!
  • We’ve created a true Administrator dashboard to give you At-A-Glance views of what is happening at your center. You can now quickly and easily see a number of organization-wide widgets including (but not limited to): Moments created that day, Number of users checked in and broken down, across groups by user type, Volume of email sent, and Most recent moments created across the entire organization.
  • Your dashboard is your playground. We can capture and display just about whatever data is most important to you and your management team. Want to see something different, just reach out to us and we’ll work with you to help make YOUR data work for YOU!
